Automated Client Workflow & Document Lifecycle
We implemented a complete automation system using Make.com to streamline how our client collects data, generates documents, manages approvals, and tracks status — all without manual effort.
The workflow starts when a participant form is filled or a CRM event is triggered. From there, our system generates legal draft documents using OpenAI GPT-4, routes them through approval stages, sends them for DocuSign e-signature, and stores all final versions in Google Drive. Simultaneously, the system updates Google Sheets and ActiveCampaign to reflect real-time status at every phase.
What We Updated & Improved:
- Replaced manual document creation with GPT-powered auto-generation
- Eliminated back-and-forth emails with instant status updates across Sheets and CRM
- Introduced approval routing logic based on role & document type
- Enabled real-time tracking of who clicked, opened, signed, or needs to act
- Ensured signed files are organized and accessible by Google Drive links
